Donna Koch

Forever Soulmate * Loving Daughter * Loyal Friend * Grateful Fur Momma * Big Sister * Quirky Auntie * Kindness Creator

Hi I’m Donna! I devoted over 30 years to the private sector and corporate world leading both operations and human resource teams with Mark’s Work Wearhouse, Home Depot and FortisBC. At the age of 51, I left the corporate world to explore what life could really be. I decided to do only what truly ‘lit me up’ and started teaching my life long passion of photography, became a wildland firefighter and realized my dream – and continued to share my leadership lessons with new and aspiring leaders, through continuing education at OUC, Vernon.

Today I follow my greatest passion – to make the world a better place. For me that means sharing my love of photography and helping women get what they truly desire in life. I offer individual and group coaching designed to level up life and leadership.

I grew up in Vernon and now live in Kelowna with my forever soulmate Hugh, rescue dog Riley and Jazzie the overly affectionate cat.

"Donna is an amazing Coach, who could really relate to my struggles and knew how to help me. Thank you Donna for helping me find more JOY and fulfillment in life!” Colleen W. Delta B.C. Donna Koch is a writer, coach, photographer and recovered corporate executive. After exiting her HR career, she took to rock climbing, working as a wildland firefighter and even surviving a raccoon attack (in her home). As a coach she helps women realize their deepest desires so they can fully embrace their extraordinary life. Drawing from over 30 years in human resources, business and life lessons, Donna’s approach embodies organic, holistic and mainstream coaching practices designed to create greater alignment between who we are and how we show up.
