Hi, my name is Cindy.

Sleep deprivation, unhealthy eating habits and most importantly, not taking take of myself was my wake-up call.

It was difficult to embrace the fact that I had spent my lifetime trying to fit in rather than loving myself exactly the way I am.

This has been a hard-fought journey to the awareness that I am magnificent and so are YOU!! When you are ready to open the door to taking care of yourself, I’m here to listen!
